For the student who has no idea what to write about. I’ll chat with your student—alongside a parent or one-on-one—to get a sense of their interests, strengths, and stories. We’ll work together to come up with essay concepts, both for specific college prompts and on the Common App. I’ll assign deadlines for drafts and edits, all the way to essay completion.
o Initial Zoom call or in-person meeting

o Up to 3 rounds of editing once the essay draft(s) are in place
For the student who has a good idea of what they want to write about, a rough draft, or both. I’ll work with them over the sessions to take their work from idea, to draft, to edited draft (good writing is re-writing!), to final essays.

For the student who has drafted their essays but would like some help in elevating the writing to make it as strong and polished as possible.
